1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the GlazeMetrics platform, dashboards, and analytics tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access the services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlazeMetrics, located at 25 Drayton Park, London.

2. Description of Service

GlazeMetrics provides AI-driven production optimization, predictive maintenance analytics, and supply chain insights specifically tailored for the ceramics industry. Access to these services is provided on a subscription basis as detailed in your specific service level agreement (SLA).

Note: We reserve the right to update our AI models and dashboard interfaces periodically to enhance performance and accuracy in kiln temperature monitoring and glaze consistency analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the raw industrial data fed into the GlazeMetrics platform. Furthermore, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary AI algorithms.
  • Use the dashboard to monitor unauthorized equipment or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented on the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, dashboard designs, and brand elements are the exclusive property of GlazeMetrics. Your use of the service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with data visualizations generated from your own production inputs.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our predictive maintenance algorithms strive for 99% accuracy, GlazeMetrics shall not be held liable for mechanical failures of pottery equipment or production losses resulting from data interpretation. The AI insights are intended as advisory tools for ceramic engineers and production managers.
